How does BIM Exchange Market work?
Our goal is to provide a way for you to monetize your Building Information Model (BIM). This is a new way of thinking about BIM models. The industry standard is to give your models away. We ask why.
We host and manage the project models on BIM360, and users pay monthly to access them. That's it!
All you have to do is pay for the cost of model management and a percent of the money made from your models. It is up to you who gains access and the monthly fee. You decide what your model is worth. We will support you in this process and help you find ways to add value to your model and increase the ROI. Finally, you can start recovering the large investment you put into BIM.

Why do you only use BIM360 to host the models?Currently, Revit is the industry standard in BIM model production. BIM360 allows us to control access to the most valuable up to date version of the model.

How much does the model management cost?We will manage all your models and provide customer service for any issues that arise and you will only pay the overhead cost of these services. Please set up a free virtual meeting so we can discuss more detailed costs.

What if someone on the job does not want to pay the access fee?A low value version of your models can be created by exporting each model as a separate file that you can offer for free.

How much does all this marketing cost?There is no cost to you. Our marketing teams draw commission directly from the models incoming revenue.

Are you going to harass people with your marketing?We do not use automated emails and blanket marketing techniques. Your project is a contained market and will be assigned a marketing manager that will ensure your reputation is held at the highest esteem.

How do I get the most ROI out of my BIM?There is a market for your BIM and we are dedicated to finding it. Fortunately it is a contained market. All we need is introductions and we will take it from there.
